M3AC SMS & Calls — Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how M3AC collects, uses, and protects personal information related to its SMS and MMS text messaging program and its operational telephone contact program. It applies to individuals who opt in through m3ac.com/sms-signup and to any messages exchanged through the program.

2. Information we collect

When you sign up, we collect and store the following:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Whether you are an employee or a customer of M3AC
• Date and time of consent, along with the IP address and browser user-agent used to submit the form (for compliance recordkeeping)
• Any optional notes you provide on the sign-up form
• Records of messages sent to you and messages received from you
• Records of telephone calls to and from your number, including the date, time, and duration of the call
• Any voicemail message you choose to leave for M3AC, which is recorded and stored so we can respond to it

3. How we use your information

We use the information above solely to operate the M3AC messaging and calling program: to send you the messages and place the operational calls you have opted in to receive, to process your replies and voicemail messages, to honor opt-out requests, to keep records of consent required by U.S. carriers and applicable regulations, and to troubleshoot delivery issues.

4. Service providers

M3AC uses Twilio Inc. as its SMS/MMS and voice transmission provider. Your phone number, message content, call records, and any voicemail recording are transmitted through and stored with Twilio for the sole purpose of delivering messages and calls to and from you. Twilio's handling of this data is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy. Email confirmation messages are sent through our own SMTP server. No other third-party service providers receive your information for this program.

5. Data retention

Your phone number, email address, and consent record are retained for as long as you remain opted in. If you opt out, your phone number and opt-out record are retained solely to prevent further messages from being sent to you. Message history is retained for operational and troubleshooting purposes and may be deleted upon request.

6. Data security

Your information is stored in a private database on a server operated and administered by M3AC. Access is limited to M3AC personnel who need it to operate the program. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect this data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

7. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Opt out of messages and calls by replying STOP or via m3ac.com/sms-optout
• Request that your data be corrected or deleted by contacting info@m3ac.com
• Request a copy of the information M3AC holds about you

8. Children

The M3AC messaging and calling program is not directed to children under the age of 13, and M3AC does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through this program.

9. Changes to this policy
